Our fees & contracts
Architecture, renovation & design
Our Architect fees are flat rates based on the complexity of your project and the nature of the service provided.
Conception and creativity (phases 1 & 2)
Includes the minimum needed for a successful renovation :
- Dimension measuring,
- Space planning : various sketches to choose from,
- Detailed plans,
- Written work specifications.
All-inclusive pack : creativity as well as the renovation work (phase 3)
Includes the conception and creativity and in addition the supervision of the renovation work:
- The analysis of the prices with the contractor(s),
- The construction supervision,
- Monitoring expenses and the schedule,
- Accompanying receptioning the renovation.
Decoration coaching fees
Based on an hourly fee of 90 Euros excluding VAT, billed monthly.
An Interior Architect contract will be signed by both parties upon the validation of the fees.
Initial deposit of a fixed is required at the beginning of the project, the following payment are due during the progression of the project and/or at the end of each main phase.
If you need help ponctually or interior architect coaching, the hourly rate is 80 Euros Excluding VAT per hour.
