How does it work?

Pick and choose all of the steps for an all-inclusive service, or just one or two.

First, we talk about what would be an ideal property purchase for you. We confirm its feasibility and then define the project together, including neighborhoods and best layouts suited to your lifestyle - to find the finest. — First, we talk about what would be an ideal home for you that corresponds to your way of living. We confirm its feasibility and then conceive and propose several projects to choose from to make your finest home.

If you wish to renovate your new nest, our Architect will provide you with sketches to help visualise yourself in the space. And yes, that is even before you sign the pre-agreement! — One of us, Interior Architects, will provide you with sketches to help you visualize various space planning options as well as share design ideas via mood boards. We will then produce all the various floor plans and elevations to define the project in detail including helping you choose all the materials.
The final step is to put together a detailed description of the work to be carried out and have it quoted by one or several contractors.

Our team will negotiate for you and help you make the deal. We can then carry out the design and oversee the renovation works. We can even furnish and decorate it if you wish. So you just have to settle into your nest! — We oversee the renovation work with the contractors and you, as well as the budget associated to it until your home is finalized and accompany you to reception the site.

Meet the FineNest team

Audrey and Nina are the founders of FineNest. Their life courses have been different but their convictions identical. They believe that their professions require expertise, professionalism and above all passion.

From the initial brief, they guide their clients through space planning, design, oversee the renovation works and budget involved. The objective: ensure a seamless and fun design experience with a personalised creative renovation to deliver the finest space for you.
