Flo & Jon both work in the fashion industry, and therefore have natural taste for design, but most of all, NO TIME.
The family was about to get bigger :) So they were looking for a new place which could be a happy nest for this extended tribe, in a location where they could find a good school not too far, and a lively neighborhood.
Audrey narrowed down the search to the max, in order to present a minimal number of places, all of them strictly respecting their wishes and budget.
The building is located in Paris 12.
For Nina, one of the places was presenting a very high potential, but with quite a large amount of reconstruction work. So she put together a project which corresponded precisely to the lifestyle we felt they wanted : a large optimised surface as the main living space, a kid's bedroom in which both could have their intimate space, and overall no corridors to create fluidity in the traffic flow.

That was in spring, and by Christmas they had moved into a "feel bigger than it is" apartment which was really the best fit for them. How efficient is that ? This was actually made possible thanks to working like a team, hand in hand with Flo & Jon. They were so committed to the project, very open to the creative aspects of the decoration and fast to take decisions! We were so glad to see their happy faces all the way.
