Hanawa is Italian, lives in Milano and works in the fashion industry.
As time passed, he was working more and more in the Parisian showrooms, and therefore going back and forth in between the two cities. He decided it was time for him to find a flat in Paris and as he wasn't here the whole time, called upon us to find his pied-à-terre.
He wanted to live close to the "Marais" as most of the showrooms pop up in this district during the fashion weeks. Hanawa was also really keen on finding a top floor apartment to benefit from beautiful light.
Audrey visited quite a few places before finding this charming nest. Located in the very center of Paris close to the "Centre Georges Pompidou" and the Seine, a perfect place to invest! Hanawa fell in love with this apartment as it had a lot of windows everywhere and a tremendous view!

When Audrey and Nina presented this apartement to Hanawa, Nina had imagined a new floor plan to fully correspond to his desire : a large living space including the kitchen and a seperate bathroom. She basicaly proposed to switch all the rooms around to optimise the space.
Hanawa really enjoys renovations and imagining how to decorate his apartment. He therefore carried out the reconstruction work all by himself. He did an excellent job, it looks absolutely lovely!
